Surveys Overview

Karomia's survey module enables you to collect structured feedback from stakeholders as part of your Double Materiality Assessment. Surveys help you understand how different stakeholder groups perceive your organization's ESG impacts, risks, and opportunities.

How surveys work

Surveys in Karomia are linked to your assessments. When you set up a survey:

  1. You define which stakeholder groups will receive the survey.
  2. Karomia generates a unique survey link for each group.
  3. Stakeholders complete the survey through a dedicated, user-friendly interface.
  4. Responses are automatically aggregated into your assessment data.

Survey features

  • Multi-language support — Surveys are available in all 8 supported languages (English, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish, German, Portuguese, Spanish). Respondents can choose their language.
