Exporting Reports

Once your report is complete, Karomia provides multiple ways to export and share your sustainability disclosures, from Word documents for auditors to public-facing ESG websites.

Word export​

Export your report as a Word document (.docx) for review, submission, or further editing. You can export at two levels:

  • Full report — Export the entire report across all ESRS topics.
  • Individual topic — Export a single topic (e.g., E1 Climate Change or S1 Own Workforce) for focused review or distribution to subject matter experts.

Export formats​

Two Word export formats are available, each designed for a different purpose:

Working version​

A detailed, data-point-by-data-point breakdown of your report. Each data point is listed individually with its:

  • ESRS reference code
  • Regulatory text
  • Your answer
  • Completion status

This format is ideal for internal review, identifying gaps, and iterating on your answers before finalization.

Disclosure report​

A summarized version of your report, organized and tagged by disclosure requirement rather than individual data points. This format:

  • Groups related data points into cohesive narrative sections.
  • Tags each section with the applicable ESRS disclosure requirement reference.
  • Presents the information in a structure suitable for external auditing and regulatory submission.

Use the disclosure report format when sharing your report with auditors or when preparing the final version for publication.

ESG website​

In addition to document exports, Karomia offers ESG website templates that allow you to communicate your sustainability efforts directly to stakeholders through a dedicated web presence.

Basic standard website​

A straightforward ESG website compatible with ESRS or VSME reporting frameworks. This option provides:

  • A clean, professional layout presenting your key sustainability disclosures.
  • Customization with your company colors and logo.
  • Content adapted to match your ESG report data.

The basic website is available for all Karomia users and is suitable for organizations looking for a simple, effective way to publish their sustainability information online.

Advanced complete website (beta)​

A more comprehensive ESG website that provides a richer presentation of your sustainability performance. This option:

  • Requires a completed Double Materiality Assessment in Karomia.
  • Includes detailed sections for each material topic with supporting data and visualizations.
  • Is customized with your company colors and logo.
  • Features copy adapted to match your full ESG report.
