What you'll do

Understand what support is available to you and to your portfolio companies, what topics each channel covers, and where to go for technical or ESG-related help.

Investor support

You can contact us directly from the platform via the chat bubble or via email (support@karomia.eu).

Use investor support for questions related to the normal (fair) use of the platform, such as:

  • platform behaviour and functionality,
  • the quality of AI-generated analysis,
  • clarifications about how features work.

We also welcome feedback on the AI and the platform. Your input helps us improve the product experience and the quality of our service.

Portfolio company support

Support available to portfolio companies

Companies receive:

  • in-context guidance via the 'Regulatory Text' and 'Information' menus,
  • an onboarding video and click-through product tour at first login,
  • access to the onboarding video again at any time,
  • access to an FAQ and glossary page: kubesupport.isabel.eu.

Companies can also contact us directly for technical or ESG support via the chat bubble in the platform. We use recurring questions to continuously improve in-product guidance.

Typical questions we handle

  • questions about how AI generated calculations (e.g., IROs, questions, answers),
  • feedback on performance or user experience,
  • questions about the data requested in the ESG assessment,
  • technical issues.

Where to find the support chat

Both our Customer Success and Support teams aim to respond as quickly as possible. Response times are defined in the SLA in your contract.
