Creating Your Account
Get started with Karomia by creating your account and setting up your organization.
Sign up
- Navigate to the Karomia sign-up page.
- Enter your email address and create a secure password.
- Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
- Complete your profile information.
Joining an existing organization
If a colleague has already set up your organization on Karomia, you may receive an invitation email:
- Click the invitation link in the email.
- Create your account or sign in with your existing account.
- You will be added to the organization with the role assigned by your administrator.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO, you can sign in using your corporate identity provider:
- On the sign-in page, select the SSO option.
- Enter your organization's SSO details.
- Authenticate through your identity provider.
- You will be redirected back to Karomia.
Setting up your organization
After creating your account, set up your organization:
- Enter your organization name and details.
- Add your physical locations (offices, facilities, etc.).
- Invite team members to collaborate.

You can always update your organization details later from the settings page.
