Creating Your Account

Get started with Karomia by creating your account and setting up your organization.

Sign up

  1. Navigate to the Karomia sign-up page.
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password.
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
  4. Complete your profile information.

Joining an existing organization

If a colleague has already set up your organization on Karomia, you may receive an invitation email:

  1. Click the invitation link in the email.
  2. Create your account or sign in with your existing account.
  3. You will be added to the organization with the role assigned by your administrator.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SSO, you can sign in using your corporate identity provider:

  1. On the sign-in page, select the SSO option.
  2. Enter your organization's SSO details.
  3. Authenticate through your identity provider.
  4. You will be redirected back to Karomia.

Setting up your organization

After creating your account, set up your organization:

  1. Enter your organization name and details.
  2. Add your physical locations (offices, facilities, etc.).
  3. Invite team members to collaborate.

You can always update your organization details later from the settings page.
