Protect your Karomia account with strong security practices.
Password management
Changing your password
- Navigate to your profile settings.
- Select the security or password section.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Save changes.
Password requirements
Choose a strong password that:
- Is at least 8 characters long.
- Includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Is not reused from other services.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your email for a reset link.
- Follow the link to create a new password.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account with multi-factor authentication:
- Navigate to your security settings.
- Select Enable MFA.
- Follow the enrollment steps to set up your authenticator app.
- Store your recovery codes in a safe place.
Once enabled, you will need to provide a verification code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.

Keep your MFA recovery codes in a secure location. If you lose access to your authenticator app and do not have your recovery codes, you will need to contact support to regain access to your account.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO, your authentication is managed through your corporate identity provider. Contact your IT administrator for SSO-related questions.
Session security
- Sessions expire after a period of inactivity.
- You can sign out from all devices from your security settings.
- Karomia uses secure, encrypted connections for all data transmission.
